The service uses DHL’s digital platform to allow Thai online retailers to offer consumers with same-day delivery, real-time tracking and flexible rescheduling of deliveries, whilst keeping last mile delivery affordable and easy for retailers. Real-time tracking, agile rescheduling of deliveries and instant rating of the delivery experience will also be possible for the consumer. The digital platform, which can be fully customized with the retailer’s brand, uses a dynamic dispatching and routing engine to improve cost and operational efficiency, and supports a range of delivery modes — including motorcycles, bicycles, and foot couriers, alongside more conventional vans and cars — for maximum speed and agility in complex and often congested urban environments.
